Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Barbee Melt. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to arrange a return or exchange.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
